Constant Construction Group proudly completed the interior build-out of Ben & Jerry’s at Riverbend Marketplace in Fort Lauderdale, transforming a newly constructed shell space into a vibrant, fully branded ice cream shop. Working alongside corporate representatives and design partners, our team delivered a turnkey construction package aligned with Ben & Jerry’s national design standards and the Florida Building Code.

This 945 square foot project included a full service area, prep kitchen, walk-in cooler, office, and ADA-compliant restroom. All constructed with precision craftsmanship, code compliance, and energy efficiency in mind.
